Dolphin Doon’s enchanting Sunset and Seahorse apartments are just steps from the very private sandy beach of Casuarina bay.
Charmingly decorated with island furnishings and full of natural light, these two independent apartments are perfect for 2 guests. These bright and airy new spaces were completed in 2020 and 2021.
The sunset apartments features a large sleeping area with a queen bed, A/C, and five picture windows facing west to capture the beautiful Bahamian sunsets on the ground level of the beachfront house. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is a large screened-in “Bahama room” with a kitchen, dining, and day bed (that can sleep a child).
The Seahorse apartment also has a queen bed and A/C, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, and dining and sitting area. This apartment faces east towards the ocean on the ground level of the beachfront house.
A new beach deck with a freshwater shower provides the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Casuarina Bay beach and is for our apartment guests.
Set in a lush tropical garden overlooking virgin green hills, this spacious apartment is ideal for a single person or couple looking for a long-term rental or budget getaway to Eleuthera. The apartment space is on the ground level of our Beachfront House but has a private entrance and is self-contained amidst a picturesque grove of coconut palms, colorful hibiscus, fragrant frangipani flowers, sea grape, passion fruit, papaya, and Casuarina trees.
Just 1.5 miles northeast of the enchanting town of Governors Harbour, the apartment features multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, a full bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and beach deck with an outdoor shower. Just 60 feet from the top of the gorgeous sandy Casuarina bay beach, our sunset studio is ideal for guests who want to enjoy the natural beauty of Eleuthera. Enjoy complimentary use of our sit-on-top kayaks, standup paddleboards, masks and snorkels to explore the pristine coastline of central Eleuthera.
2022-23 Rates per apartment (per 2 guests)
Low season (Mid Aug through Sept or last minute) $800 per week or $125 per night.
High season (all times not low or peak) $1350 per week or $195 per night.
Peak season (Christmas/New Year, Feb and March) $1575 per week or $225 per night.
